The most interesting product may be Smileie Pro, not the cheapest one
Smileie currently markets a $1,499 Pro package that includes an in-person consultation/exam, professional scans and X-rays, a Dental Monitoring device and unlimited free refinements. That costs substantially more than the mail-in plan, but it changes the care model enough that we would not lump the two together.
From a consumer-value standpoint, the important question is whether the added diagnostics and hands-on care justify the extra $800 compared with the $699 dual-arch daytime package. For many people, that may be a more meaningful decision than Smileie versus another mail-order brand.
Refund policy
Smileie's current policy says orders cancelled within three hours can receive a full refund. If the orthodontic team determines after reviewing impressions/scans that someone is not a suitable candidate, Smileie says it provides a full refund. Before treatment approval, the impression-kit cost can be deducted. Once the 3D treatment plan is approved or aligners enter production, refunds are generally not issued.
