What we like
- Package contents are clear. The Fast Track page explicitly lists the impression kit, treatment preview, remote monitoring and whitening.
- Remote monitoring is part of the current offer. That is a meaningful difference versus evaluating only a box of trays.
- The refinement rule is published. Compliant patients may receive additional aligners at no extra cost when the clinical team determines they are needed.
- Its refund policy is detailed. The terms are not necessarily generous, but they expose many of the conditions a buyer should understand before paying.
What gives us pause

Refinements: this is one of NewSmile's better published terms
NewSmile's current policy says patients must upload progress photos every two weeks before advancing. If someone follows treatment as instructed and remains dissatisfied, the company says it will evaluate the case and may provide additional aligners at no extra cost to pursue the projected outcome. If extra aligners are required because the plan was not followed, the listed cost is $499.
That creates a clear incentive: keep evidence of compliance. If you buy, save the treatment schedule, submit progress photos on time, and retain written communications.
Refund policy: more complicated than the marketing headline
The current refund policy is stage-dependent. NewSmile says Treatment Preview dissatisfaction can qualify for a refund subject to applicable penalties and fees. Monthly-plan deposits are non-refundable. Replacement impression kits can trigger a $50 fee on certain plans. Refunds older than five months are excluded. The company also states that if a dentist later determines you are unsuitable after purchase, that does not automatically create refund eligibility.
