#1 Smileie — from $549
Smileie's current US pricing page advertises day-time aligners from $549, night-time aligners from $649, an impression kit at $49.99, and retainers from $210 for multi-set packages. That gives it the lowest published starting treatment price in this comparison.
The catch is the word from. A starting price does not guarantee that every case costs $549. Smileie's refund policy also becomes much more restrictive after the customer approves the 3D treatment plan: the company says no refunds are issued after plan approval/production, although clinically appropriate refinements may be provided under the stated conditions.

#2 ALIGNERCO — $725 all-day
ALIGNERCO currently advertises its All-Day plan at $725, with NightOnly at $925 and a kit-first option at $29.99. Unlike a “from” figure, the page presents those as current plan prices in our latest update.
However, ALIGNERCO's current policy says an approved post-treatment refinement costs $250. If that happens, the $725 treatment effectively becomes at least $975 before other follow-on costs. That is why total treatment cost matters more than the headline price alone.

#3 NewSmile — $1,095 Fast Track
NewSmile advertises Fast Track at $1,095 versus a displayed $1,795 regular price. Its product page says the package includes the impression kit, 3D treatment preview, aligners, remote monitoring and whitening.
Its refund policy is unusually detailed. It lists deductions such as the first impression kit and treatment-preview work, says impression kits are non-refundable, and sharply restricts refunds once the Treatment Preview is approved or the custom appliance enters production. The same policy says additional aligners can cost $499 when required because the treatment plan was not followed, while compliant cases may receive extra aligners after evaluation.

#4 SmileSet — $1,295
SmileSet currently displays $1,295 for aligner treatment versus $1,795 regular. The treatment page says an impression kit is included and describes the treatment plan as doctor-prescribed. A separate kit-first product is listed at $29.99.
SmileSet's published refund policy is notable because it states a 30-day fit guarantee and says clear aligners/retainers can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt under the stated conditions. That does not make it cheaper upfront, but policy quality has monetary value when fit is the problem.

The true-cost formula
treatment price + impression/scan + financing cost + retainers + expected refinement/remake exposure + shipping/fees + replacement retainers.
This is not an attempt to predict that every customer will need a refinement. It is a way to stop a price comparison from pretending that the first price on the merchant homepage is the entire economic decision.
Price is not the only risk
Because aligners actively move teeth, a cheaper remote model should not be evaluated like a cheaper whitening kit. The ADA has warned about direct-to-consumer dental models that remove diagnosis and treatment management from the dentist-patient relationship. The FDA's clear-aligner consumer guidance describes aligners as being worn according to a personal treatment plan directed by a dentist or orthodontist.
Before buying, ask what examination and dental records are required, who is responsible for your treatment, how progress is monitored, and what happens if a tooth does not track or your bite changes.
Our price-first recommendation
If price is the primary constraint, Smileie is currently the first offer we would investigate, followed by ALIGNERCO. We would not buy either solely because of the headline number. Compare the actual treatment plan, clinician involvement, refund cutoff and refinement rules before approving fabrication.
